The highly robust royal knife pays faithful homage to Bagrat III - the first monarch of a unified kingdom of Georgia who ruled the country in the X-XI centuries. With its solid and sturdy structure, the knife symbolizes the unifying force of the king.
The crown-shaped butt is adorned with two garnet stones and features the king’s dirham, struck at the beginning of the 11th century at Tbilisi mint. The blade is made of highly durable super steel (S90V, HRC 63), while its design indicates the influence of the Far East and the Silk Road. Both the butt and the bolster are manufactured from sterling silver and showcase enamel embellishments, inspired by the monarch’s glorious attire.
The knife comes with a leather case and an obsidian stand because exceptional items require an exceptional presentation.
